WM – Gesellschaft für internationaleWirtschaftsförderung und Management mbH is a private social enterprise in the field of education and training, founded in 1996.

As a social enterprise, it is committed to provide support for disadvantaged people, especially migrants and (long-term) unemployed.

Therefore, IWM closely cooperates with local branches of the German Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit and Jobcenter) and with the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF – Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge).

IWM provideswork opportunitiesfor unemployed personsandoffersGerman courses (German as a Foreign Language).So far, we have completed over 100 languagecourses with over 1500 participants in total.

Furthermore, we provide job coaching and assist long-termunemployed and migrants with integration into labour market.

Educational low-threshold programs such as nursing assistants, eldercare assistants and housekeeping complete our program.

With our engagement in various publicly funded projectswealso aim to promote international & intercultural exchangethrough joint activities.
